Our Outside Space
With versatile, customizable spaces that adjust and mold to your needs, our home is beautifully designed for your next birthday dinner, private event, or work retreat.
The common spaces are open concept and spacious so the opportunities are endless. From couches to floor cushions, seating is adequate and can be rearranged to suit your needs.
Our Guest Limit
Note: Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, including a cap on occupancy at 16, consistent with our community policies. This party ban applies to all future bookings and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice.
Until further notice:

Our maximum number of guests for any event is 15 people.

The booking price for (venue occupancy) is set at $500 USD \ day.

Bookings for night stays are a separate charge from the venue fee if guests desire to stay the night after an event.

We do not allow any outside service providers for decor, food & photography
